Mr. Rampraveen Swaminathan (Ram) is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer at Mahindra Logistics Ltd. He has over two decades of relevant industry experience spanning Automotive, Paper and the Energy sectors.
During his career, Ram worked with Tata Administrative Services (TAS), Cummins Inc. and Schneider Electric. Ram has also served on the boards of Dodla Dairy Ltd., International Paper Holdings Asia Singapore Pte Ltd. and EROEI Power Solutions Pvt Ltd.
Ram is a partner in SVP India, a strategic philanthropic organisation and was actively involved in the International Paper India Foundation as a Chairman. He volunteers his time for the cause of education and is on the Advisory Board of WWF – India.

Deepak Agarwal

Metamorphosis of HR in IndianOil, powered by i-Tech SAP HR Engine is the most successful project steered by him. Recently piloted the implementation of World’s largest SAP HANA migration and co-steered IndianOil’s Digital Readiness IT Vision Enablement programme “i-DRIVE”.of IndianOil.
Currently he is driving IOCL’s ambitious project ePIC (electronic Platform for IndianOil Customers) aimed to deliver next generation customer experience through digital transformation and business excellence. During COVID Times, he drove 400+ IT team to use digital technology that emerged as the fulcrum around which the entire organisation functioned seamlessly to maintain the supply line of essential fuels in the country, with no disruptions.
He authored more than 100 papers which won prestigious awards in the IT industry including 3 times prestigious National e-Governance awards, 4 times SAP ACE Awards, “Digital Company of the year 2020” award from Federation of Indian Petroleum Industry and many more.

Srinivas P.M.

Srinivas P.M. currently heads the Human Resource function for P&G in India Sub-Continent. Srinivas joined P&G in 2001 as the Associate HR Manager in India and since then has grown in the company across various leadership roles. During his stint, Srinivas has mastered Talent Strategy, Talent Acquisition and Organizational Development within the HR function at P&G.
He has a diverse experience of managing and leading various verticals of the Human Resource function across countries like Singapore, China, Australia and Indonesia. Prior to his present role in India, Srinivas was the Business and Organization Strategy Director at P&G Indonesia.

Before this role I was leading the HR function as President and Head of HR for Star India Group, the largest media and entertainment company in India with presence in US, UK and ME. Raghavan Iyer

Raghavan Iyer is a Senior Managing Director with Accenture Technology. He is the Intelligent Platform Services (IPS) Lead at the Advanced Technology Centers’ for Accenture. IPS is one of the largest and most important growth areas for Accenture and includes all the key platforms: Microsoft, Adobe, SAP, Oracle, Salesforce and Workday. Raghavan is also the Innovation Lead across Accenture’s Advanced Technology Centers’ and has pioneered the culture of innovation across the organization. He is also responsible for the flagship employee experience program across India. He has successfully led Accenture's and Microsoft's efforts to jointly achieve the Guinness World Records Title for the most number of Microsoft Cloud certifications.
An established business leader and a strong technology visionary, Raghavan has steered several industry and business groups of Accenture for over two decades. Raghavan’s focus on innovation, process orientation, people centricity and technology thought leadership, has placed him at the helm of large scale organizational strategic initiatives and programs such as myXperience, myInnovation and Women in Tech. He has been a keynote speaker in several forums including The Confederation of Indian Industry (CII).

C Lakshmi

Lakshmi is the Managing Director – Human Resources Lead, Accenture in India. In this role, Lakshmi is responsible for leading the human capital strategy for all of Accenture’s businesses in India. She has an unwavering passion for our people and a deep understanding of our company, and will be focused on enabling the 1,70,000+ people in India to be successful professionally and personally. In this role Lakshmi will join the India Geographic Leadership Team.
Prior to becoming the India HR Lead, Lakshmi served as the India HR Service Delivery Lead where she was responsible for delivering recruiting, learning, HR technology and processes. Previously, she has held numerous HR leadership positions, supporting different Accenture businesses both locally and globally, during her 16 years stint at Accenture. Lakshmi joined Accenture in 2003 after working at iGate (now Capgemini) and Nestle, in various HR and Recruiting roles.
Lakshmi enjoys mentoring young people, especially young women, starting their careers and who come from diverse socio-economic backgrounds. Aradhana Lal

Aradhana is a TedX Speaker and leads Brand and Communications as well as the Sustainability Initiative at Lemon Tree Hotels – including planet/environment and people/inclusion and diversity. The company’s strategy is to build an inclusive employee base and has been hiring Employees With Disabilities (EWD) for 14 years and the goal is to take this to ~40% in FY 2025-2026.

Today there are ~400 Employees With Disability (EWD) and ~250 economically and socially marginalized employees making it a total of over ~16% opportunity deprived Indians, out of the total employees. Aradhana co-leads recruitment of EWDs (through the network of 84 hotels and ~8,300 rooms in 51 destinations) and leads new initiatives in the disability space. Sajith Sivanandan

Sajith i s the business head for payments, access and next billion user (NBU) i nitiatives for India. In this dual role he i s responsible for overseeing the strategy, growth, partnerships and business operations of Google Pay and Next Billion User Initiatives i n India.

Prior to taking on this role, Sajith was the Managing Director of Google across Malaysia, Vietnam, Philippines and Emerging Countries where he oversaw strategy, sales and operations. In Southeast Asia, he was focused on expanding the Internet ecosystem i n the region, increasing adoption among consumers and businesses and accelerating i nnovation.

With Google since 2007, Sajith has done multiple country and regional roles i ncluding setting up Google’s operations i n Malaysia i n 2011. Before Google, he has worked across various i ndustries l ike mobile media, market research and consulting i n Singapore and television i n India.

Rajiv Chandran

Rajiv is Accenture’s Global head of Leadership Development. In his role he is responsible for Accenture’s leadership development strategy and programs for over 500,000 employees globally.
Rajiv joined Accenture from McKinsey & Co. where he was part of the team that set up the McKinsey Leadership Institute and worked with clients at the intersection of business strategy and leadership capabilities. He has also had prior stints at Aon consulting and Oracle.
He is a Mechanical Engineer from NIT Calicut and has a Master’s in Human Resources from XLRI Jamshedpur. He is also a certified Integral Coach from New Ventures West California, a school of coaching that brings together several disciplines like Philosophy, Somatics, Neuroscience, and Ontology and integrates eastern and western wisdom traditions.
