Ruzbeh joined the Mahindra Group in 2007, as Executive Vice President – Corporate Strategy, heading the Group's Strategy function. Srinivas P.M. currently heads the Human Resource function for P&G in India Sub-Continent. Srinivas joined P&G in 2001 as the Associate HR Manager in India and since then has grown in the company across various leadership roles. During his stint, Srinivas has mastered Talent Strategy, Talent Acquisition and Organizational Development within the HR function at P&G.
He has a diverse experience of managing and leading various verticals of the Human Resource function across countries like Singapore, China, Australia and Indonesia. Prior to his present role in India, Srinivas was the Business and Organization Strategy Director at P&G Indonesia.

An accomplished HR professional, Shipra brings over 16 years of diversified experience in both HR Consulting and Industry, with experiences across India, APAC and EMEA. She strongly believes in enabling business growth journeys through future-focused talent, capability & culture interventions.
Shipra joined Johnson & Johnson (J&J) in 2012. During the last decade, she has successfully led various HR mandates across the 3 J&J businesses of Consumer, Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices. Previously, she was Head HR for Supply Chain & Data Science, whereby she worked across 3 manufacturing plants, and was also instrumental in set-up of a global data science capability center in India. In the past, as Head HR for Shared Services & Analytics (again across the 3 businesses), she had led digital transformation, but this time within the HR function. She set-up the people analytics center, launched futuristic HR technologies and also led an efficient HR service delivery model across employee hire-to-retire lifecycle process, while enhancing people experience at the core.
Both at J&J and in her previous consulting days, Shipra has successfully led large-scale transformations during key mergers & acquisitions scenarios. She keenly ensures people and cultural integration is successful to be able to scale overall company performance.
Prior to J&J, Shipra spent six years with Ernst & Young people consulting practice, working with diverse public & private sector clients across industries.
